The University of Management and Technology (UMT) Sialkot Campus and Berry Solutions have signed a new agreement to support the Industry and help students learn new skills.
The two groups signed a Memorandum of Understanding also called an MoU. The goal is to bring schools and software companies closer together. They want students to learn both in the classroom and at work.
The partnership will give students chances to join internship programs. Students will also take part in research, software projects and other learning activities. These programs will help them get ready for future jobs.
Leaders from both groups said they want to build a strong link between education and the software industry. They believe students will gain useful skills and real work experience through this partnership.
The agreement was signed by Dr Saleem Farooq Shaukat Executive Director of UMT Sialkot Campus and Ahsan Mehmood, CEO of Berry Solutions.
The new partnership is also expected to support Pakistan's growing technology sector. By working together, the university and the company hope to create new ideas and prepare more skilled workers for the future.
