Scale AI Appoints Former Google Cloud Executive as New CEO

Google Cloud executive tapped as new CEO for one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies Scale AI named Google Cloud veteran as its new chief executive officer, adding enterprise technology leadership experienced at one of the fastest-growing artificial intelligence infrastructure companies in the world. Scale AI's transition in top leadership comes at a time when the San Francisco-based company is increasingly focused on enterprise customers as the AI market - driven by the broad adoption of generative AI - grows with high demand for training data, model evaluation and AI deployment. The incoming leader previously served as chief cloud engineer at Alphabet's Google Cloud, an enterprise that provides IT infrastructure and software, and is expected to enhance Scale AI’s customer relationships, promote the company’s expansion abroad, and ramp up the sales of its AI offerings.
