SingSaver has launched a new home loan comparison service in Singapore. The move adds home loans to its Personal Finance platform.
SingSaver is working with Redbrick Mortgage Advisory for the new service. Users can compare home loan rates from different banks. They can also get help from the comparison stage through the loan application.
Home loans are the biggest part of household debt in Singapore. Outstanding home loans reached S$296.4 billion in the first quarter of 2026. This was about 71% of all household debt.
The home loan market has also grown for 10 straight quarters.
Mortgage rates have fallen as market rates have moved lower. The three month compounded SORA was around 1.19% in mid September 2026.
Some bank home loan rates are now below the 2.6% HDB concessionary rate.
The difference can mean large savings for some borrowers. For example, a borrower with an S$800,000 loan could save about S$454 a month when comparing a 2.6% rate with a 1.4% rate. That is about S$5,400 a year.
For a S$300,000 HDB loan, the difference could be about S$170 a month.
These lower rates are also leading more homeowners to look at refinancing. HDB flat owners whose loan lock in periods have ended are among those comparing bank loan options.
SingSaver Managing Director Ayush Goyal said home loans are one of the biggest financial commitments for Singaporeans. He said the new service will make it easier for people to compare their choices.
Redbrick Co founder and Director Eugene Huang said the partnership will give more homeowners access to mortgage advice.
The new service marks another step in SingSaver's growth in Singapore's Personal Finance market. It also gives homeowners a new way to compare loan options as mortgage rates change.
