KIOGE 2026 is marking 30 years of Kazakhstan oil and gas industry dialogue. The major event will run from September 30 to October 2 in Almaty. The event will bring together 501 companies from 62 countries. More than 9,000 visitors are expected to attend.

Of the companies taking part 187 are from Kazakhstan and 314 are from other countries. About 34% of the companies will be joining KIOGE for the first time.

The event will look at the future of Kazakhstan’s energy sector. Key topics include artificial intelligence, digital technology, gas processing, petrochemicals and cleaner energy.

The conference will also look at energy trade and export routes. Experts will discuss how Kazakhstan can improve its role in regional energy markets.

The conference program will run from September 30 to October 1. It will include 620 speakers and delegates from 12 countries. More than 280 business and government meetings are also planned.

Major energy companies will use the event to show new technology and business opportunities. North Caspian Operating Company, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating and Tengizchevroil will present opportunities for local suppliers.

AI will be an important topic at the event. Speakers will share examples of how AI and automation can be used in the oil and gas sector.

KIOGE was first held in 1993. Over the past 30 years, it has grown from an oil and gas exhibition into a place for business talks, investment and technology sharing.

The 2026 event will bring traditional energy companies together with new technology firms. The program will end with an awards ceremony and a film celebrating 30 years of KIOGE.
